I have been away from the blogging world for so long, I almost forgot how to post, but Annika started school today, and that is definitely blogworthy. Someday soon I will tell you all that we did in our Summer with not so many pictures-I was not that good with taking the camera around. I will tell you about all the ups and the downs we have had over the past 4 months or so. Someday I will get to that, but for now, my cute kids.

Today was Annika's first day of school-we got up early (7:00) and had breakfast as a family before Ryan went to work. We got to meet her teacher yesterday, and she was very excited for her all day school to start. She was happy to pick her own seat yesterday, and be able to bring a lunch for today-YEAH! I missed her tons- I was so bored with only one kid, that I might actually get back to my gym routine for once.

Ashton had to get in the pics too. While she was gone he said he did not miss her, but when we picked her up, after I gave a her a huge hug and kiss, he leaned over and said, Annika I missed you! She gave him a huge hug! After school, she was glad to see me, and even more happy to go as she went to play at a friends house, man they grow up too quick, she hardly wants me around. Here she is in front of her new school.
PS-Tomorrow MAY be a first too. I am thinking of letting her ride the bus both ways-that is huge on my part. I do not want to let my little girl go. We will see!

Wowsers Annika is growing up! We are so proud of her. Please give Ashton and Annika both a hug from us. The stay at home life is great until the kids go back to school. Hang in there!
I have missed you. I haven't been so good about posting either. Hope all is well with the family. We signed Ryder up for Pre-school at the Y two days a week. I can't wait. He is so ready. I know he won't even look back when I drop him off. BOYS! Can't wait to hear about your summer.
Let her try out the bus. Those drivers are watching out for those new little students. We are so glad that her first day went well. We hope to see you all for Sophie's blessing on the 6th, at 10:00 am at the deaf ward. Way to go Annika. We are excited for you being in First grade.
Yah...you posted!!! Annika looks so cute. I love her first day of school outfit! We miss you guys already. Good luck with the bus...I am sure
Oops:)
I meant to say...I am sure you will do fine. But if you are worried you could always follow the bus:)
She looks too cute! Glad you survived the first day!
She is such a cutie. Her school looks very big and new. Is it two stories tall? My daughter Megan starts kindergarten next week and my big girls Holly and Emily will be in 6th and 4th grade.
The bus is definitely a tough one. I'm right there with ya on that. Annika is getting so big. She's adorable. Your little guy is also too cute.
Very cool! What a good excuse for a post. I can only imagine what it will be like. Love hearing about your family. Congratulations to Annika! I loved going to school too!
How fun!!! I bet you have mixed emotions about everything. It is crazy to think of all 4 of those cousins in first grade. For me, this year was much harder than kindergarten, maybe because they just seem so grown up with all the "big kids" around them!
Yeah, you are back! Annika is so cute for her first day of school. She reminds me so much of you when were that age. So fun! Hope you are doing well.
